IFS & Campden BRI

During the first week in June, we were invited to attend the 37th annual exhibition and AGM of Campden BRI who are one of the world’s leading food research institutions. Campden BRI provide practical scientific as well as technical and advisory services to the food and drink sectors, including process efficiency and product and process innovation.

This year’s event featured many exhibits detailing the latest advances in food hygiene, threat and hazard assessment techniques, packaging and many others, with the expert staff members on hand to provide a greater depth of understanding in response to specific questions.

The event is a fantastic opportunity to meet the people responsible for developing the systems and products which will help define our lives in the future.

With our complementary areas of expertise, we look forward to the continued development of our business relationship.

South Korean Navy

sk2 The South Korean Navy recently hosted a reception aboard their flagship; “The Choi Young” which was docked in Abu Dhabi as part of their goodwill tour, and we were lucky enough to be invited.

sk1Following the reception, which included music, demonstrations and excellent food, we were asked back to the wardroom by the flotilla commander for drinks and introductions.

The evening was brilliantly organised and we are grateful to the South Korean Navy for their hospitality.
